MEN’S RACEWEAR
Sponsored by ITM
Suave and sophisticated is the call for the Men’s Racewear category, suited to the well-groomed gent sporting an outfit that is coordinated, well put together, with a hint of swagger.  Choose traditional race day attire or something with a modern twist, whilst ensuring minimum standards of suit and tie, with a hat an optional extra.

LADIES AVANT-GARDE
Sponsored by Top Kat Photography
Avant-Garde is synonymous with pushing the boundaries of culture. We’re looking for racewear that is a little unorthodox, perhaps taking one element beyond conventions. A category for fun and originality.

LADIES CONTEMPORARY RACEWEAR
Sponsored by The Style Blog
The judges are looking for modern racewear, less formal than classic, and may include pantsuits, whilst maintaining some of the traditional elements of co-ordination and attention to detail.

LADIES CLASSIC RACEWEAR
Sponsored by Anjie at McDonalds Real Estate
The judges are looking for a classic and traditional look from the Classic entrants, whilst also incorporating modern racewear trends.

Whether you choose a traditional look or modern race day, the outfit should offer a timelessness whilst also including the prerequisite attention to detail, style and co-ordination, and originality. Entries should also ensure their outfit meets the Judging Criteria guidelines. Headwear essential in all categories.

Judging Criteria for all Ladies Racewear Categories
¨ Style and originality
¨ Appropriateness of the outfit for the individual
¨ Attention to detail with all aspects of the outfit such as shoes, handbag, and accessories
¨ Understanding and interpretation of racewear and current trends
¨ Grooming and deportment
¨ Suitability of the outfit for the race day, season, and climate
