Trackwork at Pukekura Raceway
Tuesday 13th June 2017
Course Proper. Markers Out 15m. Heavy.

With Jump Outs and races at Pukekura Raceway last week the session this week was fairly quiet.

Time honours of the morning went to Art Deco and Ishinktaatledo, who worked right handed in preparation for Tauranga. They ran a strong 1000m home, the last 600m in 393. Art Deco, in particular, should be hard to beat.

Landlord and Jackson Road also worked right handed but over 1200m, the last 600m in 39.8. Jackson Road is in sound form.

Catwomandu and Valencia ran 1000m, the last 6500m in a quick 39.4. Valencia won at the recent Jump Outs and does show promise.

Kazipa and Party Marty, also from the Sharrock stable, ran an even 1000m, the last 600m in 40.1.

The final 1000m gallop was the Patterson pairing of A Good Deal and a Redwood gelding. The last 600m in 40.8.
