Trackwork at New Plymouth Raceway

Much improved gallop from Tavi Mac this morning, running 800m, the last 600m in 38.2.

Quality stablemates Yea Boi and Justaskme again impressed galloping 1000m, the last 600 in 38.4.

The Glenys Hayward trained Spanish Harlem continues to impress in training, running a solo 1000m, the last 600m in 39.1. On this work Spanish Harlem is a chance at Waverley.

Stablemates Ginger Snapz and Zola Express ran a strong 1000m, home in 39.0.

Identical work from the Patterson pair, Swiss Kitty and Eddie Wood the last 600m slightly quicker in 38.6. Both are in sound form.

Preparing for the Great Northern Chief Sequoia and Remarx worked over a round before springing the last 600m in 40.3.

Preparing for Waverley, the stablemates Redgum and Irish Flare ran 1400m, the last 600 in 40.0. Both are close to a maiden win over 1000m, the last 600 in 39.7.

Beaudzwell, who is getting close to a return to racing ran 1000m, with Sweet Karma, the last 600m in 39.0.

Last start winner, Hot Shockolate, paired with an unnamed Derryn over 800m, the last 600m in 40.8. Progeny of Derryn have shown up at recent jump outs.

Suntributor and Tequila Spirit also ran a sharp 800m, the last 600m in 39.4. Lord Donovan and a Shamexpress did similar work, home in 39.6.

From the Sharrock barn, Millie Georgia and Dee Dee Smash ran 1000m, the last 600m in 39.9.

The final gallops were solo over 1000m.

Keen To Run took 39.1 for the last 600, whilst London Express 38.6. London Express looked to be cruising.
