Trackwork at New Plymouth Raceway

Tuesday 11th August 2020
Course Proper. Markers out 22m. Track Slow 9.

With Hawera races on Saturday and a further 18 heats of Jump Outs on Monday, it was a very quiet morning at New Plymouth.

Time honours of the morning went to the last start winner, London Express, who worked solo over 1200m, the last 600 in 37.7. London Express may return to Matamata in a fortnight.

Jumper, Master Courtsman, looked extremely fit when working strongly over 2000m, the last 600 in 41.3. He missed out on a start in the Waikato Hurdles but won't be hard to place in the next few weeks.

From the Adams stable Here We Go worked over 1000m, the last 600m in 40.5. He is getting ready for the next set of local jump outs.

From the, in-form, Sharrock stable, Justaskme and Signora Nera were paired over 1000m, the last 600 in 39.7. Signora Nera will prefer a better track.

Brought to you by the next race meeting at New Plymouth Raceway;

Welcome Back To Racing, Friday 28 August.
