General Admission

Experience the action on course with a General Admission ticket which provides access to the centrally located Tuson Public Stand, with Bet and Collect facilities, full bar, and amenities. Food is available from the West Coast Fish Company food truck, or other provider depending on the day.

General admission entitles you access to all public areas within the racecourse complex. Please note, there are reduced facilities within the grandstand this season.

Members' Stand & Privileges

Enhance your race day experience with a Members' Stand ticket which provides you with Members Privileges for the day, including access to the Members Lounge with Bet & Collect facilities, full bar, cafe, and amenities at your fingertips, and with fantastic views of the birdcage, track, and winning post, you'll be in the heart of the race day action.

Hospitality Package | La Mer Lounge

An ideal option for those who wish to enjoy a superior race day experience with reserved seating, floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the birdcage and winning post, in-lounge amenities, and full hospitality package.

This stylish lounge offers prime views of the horses as they parade in the birdcage, sweeping views of the course, and winning post.

Floor to ceiling glass providing superior views of the track. Tables on tier one have Trackside TVs, with additional TVs located strategically around the lounge. Bet and Collect facilities, full cash bar, café, and amenities.

Venue
Shared inside space, tables on tiered levels for optimal viewing. Tables seat 6-8, multiple tables are located next to, or adjacent, each other based on bookings and numbers.

Hospitality Package | Scottish Charm Lounge

The Scottish Charm Lounge offers elevated panoramic views of New Plymouth Raceway, including the home straight and winning post. With full in-lounge facilities and amenities, you can relax at your reserved table and enjoy the hospitality.

Hospitality Package | Tasman Lounge

With unobscured views of the track, and Winning Post, the Tasman Room is the ideal environment to entertain guests, staff, or network with valued clients. Located upstairs in the Members Stand the room offers exclusive betting facilities, full bar, and catering, along with indirect access to the balcony overlooking the birdcage and winning post.

Venue
Exclusive inside space, tables on tiered levels for optimal viewing. Minimum booking of 30 required, with a maximum of 60 guests. Furnished with a mixture of tables and chairs, and bar leaners.

Please note; this room is used as a thoroughfare for staff and Taranaki Racing representatives. There is a small amount of foot traffic during the day, however it should not impact your use of the room in any significant way.

Hospitality Package | The Precinct [SOLD]

You're right in the heart of the racing action in the premium trackside mini-marquee precinct. Get up close to the horses as they parade past, on their way to the adjacent birdcage, and feel the thundering hooves as the horses race past to the Winning Post.

A prime location perfect for racing enthusiasts, the marquees are positioned so you can soak up all the racing action, enjoy amazing views of the home straight, while you savour the delicious fare, and premium beverage range.

Limited to five race days this season, book early to avoid disappointment.

Enclosure Facilities
Individual marquees with picket fenced lawn per booking. Prime view of the track, parade chute, and birdcage. Bet and Collect marquee with Trackside TVs. Catering and bar facilities exclusively for precinct guest use. Amenities located in the adjacent La Mer Lounge.

Venue
Private outside space with shared facilities. Located in front of the grandstand all marquees include a table for ten guests within the marquee, a bar leaner, sun umbrella, and picket fencing for your enclosure. Additional guests are accommodated at bar leaners, or a second table of ten, alfresco.

Please note: When the weather is unsuitable marquee guests will be relocated to an inside location, determined by availability.

Garden Bar Summer Party

The Garden Bar is the hot spot for the Summer Carnival. With views of the parade ring, and home straight, this alfresco area will the perfect location for you and your crew to take advantage of this popular race day, with a fun party atmosphere.

Enclosure Facilities
Elevated views of the parade ring and home straight. Catering and bar within enclosure. Bet and Collect facilities located adjacent. Amenities available in Tuson Stand, or La Mer Lounge.

Venue
Shared outside space. Located next to the grandstand, seating configuration is subject to the use on the day. There is a range of seating options available from casual bar leaners through to formal tables of ten. Sun umbrellas will provide shade on sunny days, or marquees may be erected if the weather forecast predicts rain.

Entertainment
DJ or Live Singer will perform throughout the second half of the race day, between races.

Race times are issued by the TAB approximately a month before the race day. These will be updated as soon as we have them.
