Terra Preta and Bella Timing had the pace on over 1000m, the last 600 in 36.9. Stablemates Islington Lass and Dresse’ Par Joli did identical work, home in 36.8. These gallops were the only ones to break 37 seconds all morning.
Hi Yo Sass Bomb was well held when working with The Hottie over 1000m, the last 600 in 38.9. Hi Yo Sass Bomb looks in peak condition for her Group 1 debut at Ellerslie on Saturday.
From the Millar team, Testify Me and Final Return impressed, galloping 1200m, home in 37.5
Testify Me looks to have held his form after the St Leger victory.
The Fearless One, The Mistress and The Dutch Dame galloped a round before sprinting the last 600m in 39.1
Stablemates Bow Hill and Belladonna Lily with It’s Doris and O’Ceirins Dream also worked over a round, home in 38.2 and 37.9 respectively.
I Don’t had Lazio as a galloping companion over 600m in 38.5
The final gallops were all solo over 1000m with 600m times in brackets
Urenui (37.1), Little Hooves Got Mooves (38.5), Thumper (38.9), Fleming (38.2), Hot Shockolate (39.0)
Urenui in particular looked to be working very attractively.
